The owners of the Silver Queen Inc. came to me in 1998 to acquire property and develop their new 14,500 square foot building. I spent the next 4 years working on property acquistion, conceptualizing architectual plans, and implementation of the build out. I'm very proud of this achievement, and the owners are very pleased with the high quality build out they received while paying a very low cost per square foot in build out dollars. I found the property on the left, an old Amsouth bank building in 1999. The picture on the right is the completed new building in 2002.
