ALAN Development’s founder, Alan D. Johnson, resides in the Tampa Bay area and is a passionate builder of new communities. Alan D. Johnson founded ALAN Development in 2003 in order establish a consistent presence with a variety of real estate endeavors including single family residential, townhome communities and commercial projects. Alan has an MBA from Emory University and a BS in Engineering from the University of South Florida and has been in business in Tampa for over ten years. Alan focuses on Site Acquisition and Project Management.

Also involved is Greg Arbutine of www.silverqueen.com. Although Mr. Arbutine holds only a passive minority ownership in certain projects, he is a key advisor and also the web designer for Alan Development.
