Alan D. Johnson - ALAN Development’s founder, Alan D. Johnson, resides in Salt Lake City, Utah and is a passionate builder of new communities. Alan D. Johnson has been doing development projects since 1992. He officially launched his ALAN Development brand in 2003 in order establish a consistent presence with a variety of real estate endeavors including single family residential, townhome communities and commercial projects.

Alan has an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and has done business in Tampa for over thirty years. Alan focuses on Site Acquisition and Project Management.

Alan currently manages a large portfolio of lease tenants in Florida, South Carolina and Arizona for his commercial properties that he has accumulated over the past few decades.

Greg Arbutine - ALAN Development’s co-founder and business partner Greg Arbutine, also resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. Greg has been involved with the commercial and residential developing along side Alan for the past 30+ years mostly as a back seat driver, but sometimes more highly involved, especially with the finances, IT and larger strategy decisions.

Greg has a Bachelor's of Science of Business Administration from The University of South Florida. Greg served as the company CEO and President of his family's $35,000,000 a year gold, silver, flatware, bullion and jewelry business from 1990 to year 2021. Greg also acted as the company's real estate leasing agent for its extensive rental property portfolio for over 17 years. Greg divested his interests in his family's business in year 2022 and retired from there.

Greg now runs is own company The Silver Museum LLC. Greg is also still actively involved with Alan Development as its Chief Technology Officer, Head Content Creator, Website Designer and Strategic Planner.
