About Alan Development

ALAN Development’s founder, Alan D. Johnson, resides in Salt Lake City, Utah and is a passionate builder of new communities.  Alan D. Johnson has been doing development projects since 1992.   He officially launched his ALAN Development brand in 2003 in order establish a consistent presence with a variety of real estate endeavors including single family residential, townhome communities and commercial projects.

Alan has an MBA from Emory University and a BS in Engineering from the University of South Florida and had been doing business in Tampa for over twenty years.   Alan focuses on Site Acquisition and Project Management.

Also involved is Greg Arbutine of www.silvermuseum.org
Although Mr. Arbutine holds only a passive minority ownership in certain projects, he is a key advisor and also the web designer for Alan Development.
