• Procuring the perfect lot for you with having potentially the best views, minimal noise, large estate lot, a great community and conveniently located.    Alan will use his visionary skills to see the potential for the lot and what it can bring to a homeowner.

• Although, Alan is not an architect, he will work closely with an accredited architect and make sure that the very best design is created along with optimizing the very best views.

• Alan will make sure all civil engineering makes sense and that all grading and retaining walls are in the very best possible placements and positions.

• Alan will oversee all landscaping engineers and insure that everything is in balance between the home structure and its outside surroundings.

• Alan is in close partnership with an incredible General Contractor and subcontractors and will utilize these people in the very best way to insure that you get the most bang for you buck and that the quality of work is the very best.

• Alan will be the primary task manager and project manager who moves things along so that you can get into your legacy home in a timely manner.
